Between Facts and Norms, Pemikiran Hukum Jürgen Habermas (2): Pengantar dari Jürgen Habermas

Konsep-konse

21-Day Meditation Experience with Deepak Chopra and J Balvin - Renew Yourself: Body, Mind and Spirit

Day 1 Reconnecting with Your Body

RAM RAM RAM

Mission of Day 1:

Find a notebook (it doesn't have to be new, but if possible use something you find nice to honor this process), grab a pen or pencil, and create a list of 50 people who have added value to your life.

Consider people who are positive and you think they are someone who made you grow in some way.

The list must contain 50 names. The important thing is to mentally connect with the WHY you choose.

Move calmly, remember the good things about each person and what he/she brought into your life.

Quote of the day:

"Today I see all the abundance that surrounds me." May the universe be with you ...

After completing the activity, simply write "Done Day 1" in this post💓 Love and blessings to all of you! Keep an open mind, explore and enjoy.

Day 2 Healing Response

LAM LAM LAM

Mission of Day 2:

To experience a lasting change in your lifestyle, it is best to go step by step.

1- Write the unhealthy habit that you would most like to change: for example, poor or little sleep, a sedentary lifestyle, an inadequate diet or stress. Now, begin to become aware of why you adopted this unhealthy habit.

2- Write down the factors that make you continue with this habit, such as some issues demanding too much of your time, lack of attention, thinking that it is not important, procrastination, old conditioning of the past, etc.

3- Finally, be creative and write one thing you can do to change this habit from the inside out. For example, if you're not getting enough sleep because you don't think it's important, maybe you can research the benefits of restful sleep to inspire you to go to bed at a reasonable time. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Use this space to reflect on your experience today.

Day 3 Choosing an Optimal Lifestyle

YAM YAM YAM

Task - Day 3

1- Without judgment, write down three things that currently interrupt your body's innate healing response, such as long hours at work, not getting enough sleep, or eating in a way that you know is not right.

2- Taking into account your answers, write one thing that you can commit to today to begin to reverse this habit. Do your best to express this in a positive way. For example, instead of writing, "I will not bring work home," write down, "I commit to spending evenings enjoying time with my loved ones."

3- Take a moment right now to close your eyes and scan your body for areas of discomfort or tension. With loving intent, send your breath to these areas and feel them begin to relax and soften. When you are ready, write about your experience in your journal. Do you notice any difference? Consciously connecting with your body is a powerful way to activate your natural healing response.

4- Use this post to reflect on your experience today.

Day 4 Personalizing Your Self-Care

VAM VAM VAM

Task - Day 4

Write in your notebook a list of all your financial debts and monthly expenses: credit card, personal loans, direct debits, etc. Also write down all your annual expenses and unusual payments that you are aware of.

You don't need to write down the amounts, just what the debt or expense is for: rent, car loan, electric bill, credit card, school, etc. It should include everything you have to pay monthly (water, electricity, internet ...). Be inclusive.

Focus your mind (or pray if that works for you) on the ability to live debt free and financially free. Remember that money is potential energy, call your potential back home.

For those of you who could give away your potential energy and also other people who owe you money, pray that you give that up as well.

All debts are the result of our personal values over money.

Practice and maintain the space that you deserve to be the way you are. There is nothing else you need to be!You are everything you need to be! The universe is with each one of us 🙏🏻

For example, maybe if you've been sitting in front of the computer for a long time, your back often starts to hurt, but you keep working in your seat anyway ...

3- Finally, write down a simple way to start responding to these signs of discomfort.

For example, if your back starts to hurt from sitting for a long time, you could take 5 minutes to do some simple stretches, put a pillow between your chair and your back, or invest in a better chair.

Day 22 The Field of Infinite Possibilites

To understand our spiritual potential, we need to understand consciousness on its own terms, without trying to assess it through the lens of the ego mind or the limitations of the five senses. Only pure awareness can know and experience the nature of consciousness. This is what self-realization means: the true self knowing itself.

In today’s meditation, we come to understand that when awareness knows itself, it discovers that this inner field of consciousness is the silent source of every thought, feeling, and action. It is endlessly creative, a field of infinite possibilities that is our essential being.
