Between Facts and Norms, Pemikiran Hukum Jürgen Habermas (2): Pengantar dari Jürgen Habermas

Gambar
Konsep-konse

Day 11 21-Day Meditation Challenge Creating Abundance (Deepak Chopra)

Welcome to Day 11. The universe is an elegantly orchestrated symphony. When our body mind is in concert with the universe, everything becomes spontaneous and effortless, and the exuberance of the universe flows through us, in joyful ecstasy.

This is the essence of the law of least effort, trusting that everything in the universe, is as it should be in perfect harmony.

Knowing this, we dance to the rhythm of the cosmos, living life in comfort and ease, shedding the belief that abundance is the result of struggle.

The law of least effort tells us, that we can do less and accomplish more, but first we must practice acceptance, the more readily you accept the circumstances of your life as they are in this moment, the easier your life becomes.

When you struggle against this moment, you're actually struggling against the entire universe, and while you may have the intention for your life to change in some way, accepting it as it is right now, places you in the best position to attain your goals.

We have likely all heard the maxim, no pain no gain, that we have to work diligently to achieve what we want in life. However the law of least effort teaches us that when we act in harmony with nature, established in the knowledge of our true self, and motivated by love, we can create the success and good fortune we desire, with effortless ease.

Today, put the law of least effort into practice.

Accept all people and circumstances in your life, exactly as they are. Take responsibility for your life without blaming yourself, knowing that everything is as it should be.

Practice defenselessness and relinquish the need to convince or persuade others, of your point of view.

As we prepare to meditate together, let's return our attention to today's centering thought:

I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me

I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me

Now let's begin.

Please find a comfortable position, placing your hands lightly in your lap, and closing your eyes.

In this moment, go within, to that place of inner quiet, where we experience our connection to the higher self.

Let go of all thoughts, and begin to observe the inflow and outflow of your breath.

With each inhalation and exhalation, allowing yourself to become more relaxed, more comfortable, more at peace.

Now gently introduce the sanskrit mantra, for the law of least effort, repeating it mentally and allowing it to flow with effortless ease:

Om Dakhsam Namah

Om Dakhsam Namah

My actions achieve maximal benefit, with minimal effort.

Om Dakhsam Namah

Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts, sensations in your body, or noises in the environment, simply return your attention to mentally repeating the mantra:

Om Dakhsam Namah

Please continue with your meditation, I'll remind the time and at the end, you'll hear me ring a soft bell, to indicate it's time to release the mantra:

Om Dakhsam Namah

~ MEDITATION ~

It's time to release the mantra.

Please bring your awareness back into your body.

Take a moment to rest, inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply.

When you feel ready, gently, open your eyes.

As you continue with your day, carry the sense of effortless, ease with you reminding yourself of today's centering thought:

I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me

I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me

I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me

Namaste

Day 11 Deepak Chopra 21 Days of Abundance Meditation Challenge - Om Daksham Namah

Day 11 Abundance and the Law of Least Effort.

Message

In today's meditation, we will look at the Law of Least Effort and how it can support you in being unattached to the outcome of your deepest desires and intentions. When your actions are motivated by love, your energy is multiplied and accumulated. The release of this energy allows you to redirect it and use it to create everything that you want to create. When your spirit is your inner point of reference, all the power of love is at your disposal. And you can use this energy creatively, moving toward abundance and evolution.

QUESTION N ° 1: According to your conviction, how hard should you work to enjoy true abundance?

QUESTION N ° 2: In what areas of your life would you like to get more abundance?

QUESTION N ° 3: What changes should you make to release your desires into the space of universal consciousness - the source of all abundance?

Task

Please describe your mom in the notebook (positive aspects, limitations)

What did you learn learn from her?

What brought you together?

What separated / distance you?

If your mother is no longer in this world, focus on her image, join her and write what rises in your memory and feelings.

For some, this will not be an easy task. If this is the case - while doing it, try to distance yourself from the personal experiences you've had with your mom. See her as just a human, a woman living her own life.

Phrase

”I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me"

Mantra

Om Daksham Namah

Have a beautiful day! 😘 💫
