Welcome to Day 14. Congratulations. Today you're completing the second week of the Chopra Center 21-Day meditation challenge. And you are well on your way to attracting the abundance that is waiting for you.
This past week we've explored the topic of abundance, as it relates to the seven spiritual laws of success. Now we'll consider how the Law of Dharma, has the greatest influence, on your ability to fulfill your deepest desires.
The first component of the Law of Dharma, is to discover your true self.
The second and third components are inextricably intertwined.
They are to express your unique talents, and share those gifts to bring happiness to you and others.
Explore all the things that make your heart sing, and enable you to make a life, not just a living.
Ask yourself how can I help, how can I serve.
Expressing your gifts and service to others, is the highest expression of the law of Dharma, when your creative expressions match the needs of those around you, abundance effortlessly flows into your life, in perfect divine order.
You can put the law of Dharma into practice today, simply by paying attention to the spirit that resides inside you, consciously acknowledging your unique talents, and asking yourself, how you can best use those gifts, to serve the world.
As we prepare for meditation, let's turn our attention to today's centering thought:
There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life
There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life
Now let's begin.
Please find a comfortable position.
Placing your hands lightly in your lap, and closing your eyes.
In this moment, go within to that place of inner quiet, where we experience our connection to the higher self.
Let go of all thoughts, and begin to observe the inflow and outflow of your breath.
With each inhalation and exhalation, allow yourself to become more relaxed, more comfortable, more at peace.
Gently introduced the Sanskrit mantra for the law of Dharma, repeating it mentally, and allowing it to flow with effortless ease:
OM VARUNAM NAMAH
OM VARUNAM NAMAH
My life is in harmony with cosmic law.
Whenever you find yourself distracted by thoughts, sensations in your bod,y or noises in the environment, simply return your attention to mentally, repeating the mantra:
OM VARUNAM NAMAH
Please continue with your meditation. I'll remind the time, and at the end, you'd hear me ring a soft bell, to indicate it's time to release the mantra:
OM VARUNAM NAMAH
OM VARUNAM NAMAH
~ MEDITATION ~
It's time to release the mantra.
Please bring your awareness back into your body. Take a moment to rest, inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply. When you feel ready, gently open your eyes.
AS you continue with your day, carry the sense of divine purpose with you, reminding yourself of today centering thought:
There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life
There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life
There is a way I can fulfill my true purpose in life

Day 14 Deepak Chopra 21 Days of Abundance Meditation Challenge - Om Varunam Namah
Day 14. Congrats for making it 2 weeks!!
We are heading into our last week together. Let's keep doing the work and creating abundance!
Message
Abundance and the Law of Dharma Today we are completing the second week of the 21 day meditation program of the Chopra Center - KEY TO ABUNDANCE.
Over the past week, we have examined abundance in terms of the principles described in my book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, from the Law of Pure Potentiality to the Dharma Law today.
When your life is full of true purpose, your dharma, or abundance, rushes toward you easily and effortlessly.
As the saying goes: “Do what you love, the money will be.”
It is not only about material wealth, but also about satisfaction, confidence, optimism, joy and abundance!
And all of its manifestations that will come to you if you live your true purpose in life.
QUESTION N ° 1: What brings you the most joy?
QUESTION N ° 2: How do you feel this joy in your everyday life and in your current work?
QUESTION N ° 3: How can you approach a life full of joy, by living your Dharma or life's dream?
Task
Enjoy this day, noticing the generous gifts of the world that surround us, seek us, and ask us to notice and accept them. Seek, find, accept and give thanks for each of them. At the end of the day, write down at least three paths / sources through which abundance has come to you today. Even if it was something very small.
Watch this short video:
Write down 3 cases when you deprived someone of the opportunity to learn his/her lesson.
Think of examples such as helping a friend, showing your power over children, etc.
Phrase
"There is a way, I can fulfill my true purpose in life"
